All orders placed before 3PM EST ship the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

How much does shipping cost for US orders?

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outlying islands. If you reside in a region we don’t cover with free shipping and are interested in placing an order, please send an email us for a shipping quote.

From where are the products shipped?

All orders are shipped from our US warehouse.

Custom and Import Fee

All US order does not have to pay for custom and import fee. We will absorb all the fee incurred in the transit. For other regions, please check with your countries custom policies and we will not be responsible for any extra fees incurred.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping to US takes 3-5 business days.

Which courier do you use?

US orders are shipped via DHL Express which is very fast and easy to track.

Shipping to Canada

We are now accepting pre-orders for Canadian orders. Email us for a shipping quote.

Shipping to Australia

We are now accepting pre-orders for Australian orders. Email us for a shipping quote.

Shipping to EU and UK

We are now shipping in Europe. Email us with the products you are interested in to place an order.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information from when the order is fulfilled by our courier via email. Typically all orders take less than a day to process. If you haven’t heard from us, please check your promotions folder as we don't always hit your inbox.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently don't offer shipping outside of the US at checkout. If you would like us to provide you with a shipping quote, please send an email to us with your full shipping address and the product/s you are looking to order.

How do I cancel my order before it ships?

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email us your order number to remove your order from the shipping queue. If we cannot remove your order from the shipping queue, you will need to start a return when the order arrives.

Tracking status inquiry

Please reach out to hello@glassover.co with your order number if either of the following apply:

- No tracking updates for 5+ days at any stage of your delivery

- Package was marked as delivered but didn’t arrive. Please allow 24-hours for your order to arrive after your tracking number indicates your package has been delivered.
